Mishimoto is one of the best products out there and the craftsmanship is some of the best i’ve seen im currently using the Mishimoto A/T cooler in my 1989 Nissan 240SX and it works great I sugest going to there website to see for yourself just how great this company is at (…..)

I had to add this Mishimoto Universal Transmission Oil Cooler to a newly purchased Mishimoto radiator because my 2001 Miata has an automatic transmission. The product is really made well. It is simple to attach to the radiator and to hook up the supplied transmission oil hoses. It comes with stick on pads to keep the cooler from damaging the radiator. The attaching ties are easy to use and keep the cooler firmly attached.It’s easy to place the unit and the supplied hoses are easy to route to the metal transmission hose connect ends on the car.If you’ve wanted an all aluminum radiator for your Miata with an automatic trans and were hesitating because they all say they are for manual transmissions only, this is the solution that will allow you to upgrade your cooling system.I highly recommend this product.

I replaced my stock radiator on my Subaru Forester with an all-aluminum Mishimoto radiator, but that meant that I needed to add this universal transmission cooler since the Mishimoto radiator was for a manual transmission. We just drove 3,000 miles on a family vacation and had no problems with the transmission overheating.

I can tell this is weak made product besides the name which is weak known for being dood I install this as extra transmission oil cooling in my 2014 Nissan Rogue S since I hear a lot of bed things going on with this cvt trannys is been like 6k miles so far so good 75 k on car I will update down the road

Just replace the hose with another when received, it is easily kinked. The cooler is good.

I perhaps should have installed parallel to my mishi rad fans however lack of space unless im able to find a better position for the trans cooler so far the difference in drive is significant without accelerating much instantly at 4k rpms with k24 im satisfied with the current setup even though my area is facing a heatwave the idle temps were noticbly lower im confident this will greatly improve transmission overall performance, the amount of air this little fan moves is also amazing i dont have hooked up to any relay or switches i only need to place my hand near the fan and im able to tell instantly whether its on or not due to the amount of air moving, yes the fan is on the loud side however so are the misihi rad fans which im ok with at least im able to tell when fans are on and the amount of air moving is substantial will get a trans oil thermostat to compare temps from with and without fan so far so good

Bought mishimoto radiator. Did nit remember that this radiator does not have ports for the transmission. Ordered the universal mishimoto Trans cooler. Excellent product easy install. The attaching hardware is not the best but adapting it to fit secure is easy. Mishimoto is the best.
