EASY & SOLID INSTALLATION
1. Confifirm the contents of the package received: 1 × Bottom Engine Guard, 3 × Rubber gaskets,
2.Remove the old original bottom protective case of the dirt bike and keep the original screws.
3.Tear off the rubber gaskets and glue them to the guard
as shown.The rubber gasket is placed between the frame
and the shield to act as a buffffer.
4.Align the holes with the original car screws and tighten them to complete the installation.
Jacobfoulds –
After riding 25+ miles straight the motor was heating up and at different times. I thought I could smell hot wires switch to the stock skid plate and do not have this problem switch back problem again. There needs to be vent holes cut into the front for more airflow

Protects the WHOLE engine. The enclosed shield is made of plastic so I thought it should be replaced with a steel one. Surprisingly, Amazon had the perfect part. You can use the enclosed hardware and/or reuse some of the parts on the plastic one. I suggest to visit YouTube to see exactly how it’s installed. Piece of cake. Adds a few ponds to the bike but it’s well worth it. It’s made of very tough steel.
TOM –
Tough plate that protects well and can take a hit. My only nitpick is that it should come with the nuts and bolts instead of using the stock ones….and/or primarily the use of nylock nuts. Whatever nuts I used (stock or supplied) vibrated off and my skid plate came loose on a ride. The use of nylock nuts would solve that problem. If it wasn’t for that, it would be a 5 star item.
