Fitment

Easily attached to JD X394. Good fit, however 4 – 5/16″ bolts, 2 lock nuts, 3 flat washers, provided, doesn’t cut it. I used 2 bolts 2 lock nuts back of bracket. I then used 2 – 1/2″ lug nuts, and short bolts had on hand, front of bracket. Hopefully seen in picture I submitted.

The issue is it includes hardware that’s totally unusable. 4 bolts and 2 nuts and a few washers and none will work for you. I happened to have hardware. The bumper is good quality and makes my Deere X350 look more complete. Comparing weight and dimensions of OEM they are similar.

I liked the design and sturdiness of the bumper. I am sure this was made to fit many different models of lawn tractors because of the shape where the unit attaches to the tractors. Although 4 bolts were provided only 2 holes that size were on my X350 tractor. I purchased two 1/2 inch by 1 and 1/2 inch bolts with washers and locking nuts to make it much more secure on the tractor.

This bumper went on my new John Deere 370. It will bolt up perfectly with any x300 series lawn tractor that is from 2023 or 2024 . Not sure if earlier years have same frame holes. Literally cost 1/3 the price of the OEM part from a Deere dealer . Zero difference in heft or quality. A no Brainer save your hood from being damaged .

This was a great value for this product and it fits nicely too. My only complaint is it doesn’t come with all the hardware. I didn’t realize when I ordered.
