Best flares I’ve ever made. Kit comes with awesome tubing cutters and a decent reamer. The flare block has a stop gauge so it’s impossible to mess it up and stick out the copper too far or too short.

I use this for all sorts of HVAC work- refrigerant lines and oil furnace fuel lines mainly. Older flaring tools, even the better quality ones, required attention to the pipe clamp ti make sure the jaws were exactly aligned, while holding the copper tubing the correct distance through.This flaring tool gives a very consistent flare with a mirror-smooth surface every time. A tubing cutter (nice extra), reamer (absolutely critical!) and flare gauge (very helpful) complete the set.>>> N O L E A K S

This is a handy tool to have. Mostly used for mini splits or times you have to flare a soft copper tube. Keep in mind that this is NOT A SWAGING TOOL. Meaning it will not flare the end of the tube to make a connection without a fitting. It’s used for making the tip of the soft copper pipe wide enough for mini split installations.

Nothing worse than having to redo a flare after you finished everything up, this tool makes perfect flares and the cutting tool it comes with is nice and can cut down to txv distributor tubes perfectly without crushing it. Only downside to this kit is the case it comes with seems like it’s for the wrong kit and it doesn’t seem like it fits right a little off but who cares it’s a case.

Makes perfect flares for mini splits. Tubing cutter is excellent as is the deburing tool . Kit comes in nice compact plastic box.
