Customer –
Fixed my rv awning, operates like it should now, you need a rivet gun to replace the rivets (2 rivets), you have to drill the old ones out to remove (new ones included) in the track that have to be removed to allow the mechanism enough room to fit the new part in. Youtube has good videos explaining the process.
Disappointed –
Good fit and quality

Perfect replacement, took about 15 minutes to install and awning is back to do what it should as it should.
