Self tapping screws to soft to use. The back side is very thin rubber with no embedded washer so the screw head goes right through it. I had to cut larger access holes to put fender washers and they still would hold the back tight. I would never buy again. These are bad bad copies of what Amazon sells. This seller used the same part number and description and are compared next to the real bumpers which are real rubber and the base is 4 times thicker and way heavier. I was had.

The material is great. Strong but flexible enough to absorb the impact of a boat.We use these on the docks of a gondola operation. Gondolas are black, so these are perfect for our unusual boats.The only drawback of these is that the mounting hardware pops through the back end of the black rubber, and I wasn’t really happy with the screws that were included.Because we operate in a marine environment, I swapped out the screws for stainless ones, and included washers to keep them from pulling through the back.With better hardware this would have been a five star review.
