Application:
- For Mack Cummins Volvo Detroit International and Other Cat Engine 3176 3196 3300 Series 3400 Series 3500 Series C10 C12 C15 C16.
- For Maxxforce DT DT360 DTA360 DTA466 DT466 DT530 (PLN) DT466E DT530E DT570 HT570.
Function:
- Spring-Loaded feet design for flexible adjustment to fit the liner, protects the cylinder wall of the engine from damage during the installation and removal of the liner.
Easy to Remove Cylinder Liners:
STEP 1
- Rotate engine to upright position. (Note: 3376015 universal liner puller must be initially adjusted to fit length of liner.)
- Adjust tool lifting bolt to allow for lifting of puller legs.
- Place tool over liner with tool legs engaged with bottom of liner.
STEP 2
- Turn lifting bolt and withdraw liner from block.
STEP 3
- Tag liner by cylinder position.
- Remove puller from liner.
STEP 4
- Remove and discard crevice seal and two O-rings.
