The instructions certainly lack and the hardware provided doesn’t match them. I’ve got a bag of o-rings with no idea where they’re for. I’m completely missing 4 washers. Nothing fell out. The box was intact. The brackets with chains already have a bolt and nut but the instructions show washers I think. No washers found. Without the washers, the nut gets hung up in the track. Adding a washer makes the nut barely thread. With a heavy transmission in the air, I want surety. I added my own longer bolt with lock washer.The steps aren’t in a logical order. They have you working on the top plate in step two before you even complete the base. Put the wheels on, attach to lift, then work on the top plate. It also never gives instructions to put the foot level on. I had to guess. I used a pair of c-clip pliers to take off one of the sides of the bar. Then it was difficult pushing down while trying to slide the pedal on. Maybe there was an easier way but the instructions never said.It appears to be stable and sturdy enough for my needs.

The jack worked fine for the first transmission swap I did. Just went to use it again for the second time and the ram doesn’t move at all. It doesn’t even feel like there’s any pressure at the foot pedal. I wanted to contact the seller before leaving this review but amazon wouldn’t give me that option!
