I used this to do some cleaning on my boat motor. The motor was fairly clean, just some light grime and residue. It did a great job with this. It left the surfaces clean and looking new. In the areas where I had belt filings from the serpentine belt it didn’t works so well. It did loosen up some of the rubber “dust” but this isn’t a real grease mess so I expected limited results with this. More stubborn greasy parts may require some agitation with a brush to fully remove. It did work and live up to my expectations. I haven’t tried it on a real dirty engine like my diesel equipment and can’t speak how it will do with that. I have some left and will give it a try when it gets a little warmer.

Not good at all. Left the dirt in a greasy type residue even after multiple rinses. Had to buy another product to remove this one. Only used a small amount so still have most of can left unfortunately.

Spray without washing or spray and wipe excessive solution from engine parts. Great degreaser.

I used it on a cold engine, with a piece of paper towel not even a rag. The parts I did came out really nice. I can imagine what it would look like if I did it the right way.Great product. Glad I got it.

I read a previous comment that said this product left a film after use and they had to use another product to clean it off. I tested this product and it I had the same result. I did leave it a few stars however because it did get the dirt and grime off and in some cases it may not be big deal with the left over film but I didn’t like it so I too used another product to remove this one.
