Even with this difference, the K6010-81 still works with older systems. You need to swap the wire connections, linking the red wire to the black wire and the black wire to the red wire, to make sure it works correctly.
【Replace Motors Before 2014】If your fan has a lower RPM or was manufactured before 2014, this motor can still be used, but you’ll need to cross the wires. Specifically, connect the red (blue) wire to the black wire and the black (white) wire to the red wire.
