This company boasts how great their kit is, better than oem they say. What they don’t tell you is it doesn’t come with everything you need. Now I’ve had to spend another $100 buying the mercury kit to get the check valves. Mercury kit also comes with the manual valve to boot. Shoulda just got the mercury kit to begin with. Never again 5starmarine. Pist is an understatement! Say yourself the headache, just buy oem!

This kid doesn’t work at all please don’t waste your money. I had to get the original Mercury o-ring kit to rebuild the trim.

Has every seal and o-ring to reseal the whole unit. Has no actual instructions, so if you aren’t familiar with, and have some special tools, I recommend leaving it to a professional.

The outside tilt seal didn’t work on my Mercury 150 1997

My Tilton trim was leaking so I ordered this kit from Five Star marine, which says it is a better quality O-ring, my boat is only six years old. All of the O-rings needed were in this kit to do my 2018 mercury 250 pro XS tilt and trim reseal.
