Installing a jet kit in your carb is the best way to get the maximum performance and longest life out of your bike. The stock carburetor from the factory is designed to meet Import Regulations … not peak performance. Once you install or modify an exhaust or intake, you have put your bike into a leaner condition that will eventually destroy your engine due to heat from running lean. If you notice any popping, you are extremely lean. Our jet kit provides the parts and installation instructions to enrich all the circuits in the carb, to fix this problem, and add performance you can feel in the seat. This is a comprehensive jet kit, addressing all throttle positions, throttle response, and each kit is custom made to your bike and its modifications. Replacing just the jets does not address 1/4-3/4 throttle position, or throttle response, only full throttle. 1 KIT IS FOR THE ENTIRE BIKE, ALL CARBS ON THE BIKE. I was a little skeptical ordering this kit since the description isn’t very well done, but it ended up being just what I needed. The predator jets are difficult to source.I was having issues with my Predator 670 running lean after a few modifications. After attempting to drill my original jets and going too large, this kit saved the day!The kit comes with 5 jets to choose from and a few other miscellaneous tools. The directions are very descriptive and I was excellent pleased. I’ll order another set to keep on hand for my second predator build.

Just buy a wire gauge drill bit set and drill out the spare jets that come with your predator 670! This kit DOES NOT come with matches sets of jets. Predator 670 engines run different size main jets when using the OEM muffler. If you replace the muffler you need to have each side of the carb netted the same for the engine to run properly. This kit does not accommodate that!

What you get in the kit is 5 jets and a 3/16 drill bit, absolutely no carburetor gaskets included. Pay close attention to the jets, as they are labeled in the bag, but not stamped. There is also no pretty box as shown, not that it really matter. I installed the two recommended base jets, and unfortunately had to coat one of the 3 carb mounting gaskets with RTV to ensure a seal. Popped the mixture screw caps and dialed in the idle mixture screws, ultimately setting both at 2 3/4 turns out (1/2 more than the stock setting). Any more and the engine would pop through the muffler. The engine would then start hot without engaging the choke. Acceleration through the RPM range was smooth, quick, and very improved. You can possibly drill the stock jets out and achieve the same results. Overall am happy with the results, but disappointed that no carb mounting gaskets are included.
