While it’s a small can – actually packs a lot of paint in each can. The black is nice and dark. The spray cap that comes with the can is a tight spray, so easy to get some detailed lines with these small cans. I also find the Montana brand to cover well. I do not have issues with coating my artwork with poly after as I have experienced with other paints which tend to react and bubble up with some poly coatings. These are very solid and hold up well. I use them mainly on wood and canvas art. Love them.
