This is one of the first things to change on your scooter/ moped to gain more top speed, along with a gear ratio swap, free flowing exhaust , Big Bore kit, and a Bigger carburetor or re-jetted stock carb!

Increase in speed, very happy. Seems to be working better than OEM.

Installed (minus the clutch springs) in my QMB 139 scooter and immediately saw an improvement. This kit, an iridium spark plug, and performance coil has me taking hills at least 8mph faster than stock with my Bintelli Sprint. Once my new 38mm socket is delivered, I will add the clutch springs and see if that adds more to my scoots performance! Great upgrade!

I am very happy with this kit. The variator is light weight, and may wear quickly, but it shifts very smoothly compared to oem replacement. The rollers seem to be decent quality as well, though there is some variation in weight by +/- 0.1g.

Wonderful mod for any gy6 engine. My 80cc big bore moped now has tons of power and doesn’t bog down at certain speeds. This variator keeps the proper rpm all the way throughout the shift range. Takeoff is par none and low to mid speed acceleration is great. I can reach top speed and there’s still room for more shifting because I don’t feel the rpm increase unless I’m goin go downhill,

I have yet to install but iv purchased a few before thus one and I will say compared to others this one feels and looks well made. I will say you most likely will need better quality rollers but the variator itself is good
