Step-by-Step Folding Instructions
Step 1: Fold the Sunshade in Half: Fold it in half so that one edge meets the other.
Step 2: Twist in Opposite Directions: Hold each side of the folded sunshade. Then, simultaneously twist your hands in opposite directions.
Step 3: Bring Hands Together: As you twist the sunshade, bring your hands together. This motion will cause the sunshade to naturally fold up on itself.

Compact but folding takes some getting used to. A bit flimsy (not stiff) when in place, mine was not tall enough so could not even hold it in place with visors. On balance would recommend external type with ears that are trapped in the doirs

I bought this specific sunshade because Amazon’s “garage” feature said that it would fit my car and the reviews were good. While it’s a decent shade, it’s not a great fit for my car (Mazda CX-5) and the sewing is sloppy, with loose threads everywhere after just a few days of use. Specific to my car, this shade is slightly too wide so the 2 flex hoops have to cross each other, screwing up the fit in the corners and around the (that’s meant to be covered by slack material in those spots.) It’s also too short top to bottom and needs to have another 2 or 3 inches to cover the whole window area.The “steering wheel cover” is completely useless. There’s a tiny 2 inch deep pocket (at its deepest) straight across the top edge that’s meant to hold it to the steering wheel – it’ll need to flex to wrap around the top edge of the steering wheel and, since the pocket is so narrow, it pops right back off. If you can get it to balance across your steering wheel, it might be useful but I’ve never managed it. If they’d have put a piece of elastic across the back (like the kind they used on the shade, for when you fold it to store it,) a little further down than the pocket is sewn, it might have actually had a prayer of fitting properly. I’ve actually found it to be more useful as a door window shade to block the bright sun coming in the driver’s side window of my car during the day (just wedged it inside the frame, against the glass – it flexes but stays in place.) The “storage bag” for the shade is useless, just go ahead and throw it out. Once you’ve pulled it out the first time, getting the shade folded back just so to slide back into the bag is an irritating waste of time. Yes, it can be done but not quickly or easily. A very slight increase in the bag’s size or just an adjustment of the shape (it’s rounded so the opening is fairly narrow in relation to the bag) would make this easier but, as it is, it’s a waste of material since the elastic attached to the shade does a good job of keeping it folded and flat(ish.)As far as heat reduction, it does a decent job, certainly as well as similar shades I’ve used in the past. It won’t work miracles, it’ll still get hot in your car, but there’s a noticeable difference between using it and times I’ve forgotten to put it in. The elastic on the shade won’t last forever but, for the price, I suspect it’ll last long enough for me to feel like I’ve gotten my money’s worth.

Large fits perfectly in the RAV4 2022Neither the L or XL fits great in the 2019 HRV although I would recommend the XL as it will be slightly easier to keep in place.Prevents the sun from preheating my seats!Would buy again

This sunshade works fairly well in my Fiat 500X. It’s a little big, but it fits thanks to its flexibility. The shade is comprised of two discs connected by reflective fabric, so it has some wiggle room as far as sizing goes. It’s one of those designs that you put away by twisting and folding, and it’s a fairly straightforward process. It seems to do a good enough job keeping the car cool in Colorado weather. It comes with a “bonus” steering wheel cover, but I haven’t tried it on its own.

I bought 2 of these as I had shades in my cars that were not quite large enough. These are maybe a hair too large, but fit ok without sometimes falling down like the old one did. This one also seems a bit easier to fold up and pack away.

The no-light-pass technology is great—my car stays significantly cooler after it’s been parked in the sun for a while. The shade is made of high-quality material, and it’s sturdy enough to block out the sun effectively.The size (Medium 59 x 31 in) fits my sedan perfectly, and it’s easy to install and remove. I especially like that it folds up neatly for storage when not in use, although it took me a few tries to get the folding process down. It’s not as intuitive as some other sunshades I’ve used, but once you get the hang of it, it’s fine.The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the folding part—it could be a little easier. But overall, it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and keeps my car cool and protected from the sun. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a sunshade that actually works!

I purchased a different cover when I first bought the car but I couldn’t get it installed. I checked and according to the seller’s page, it was compatible with my make/model but I didn’t want to risk scratching up my new ride. It was such a pain to send back (couldn’t get it back in the box) I waited a while before looking for a replacement. I was considering the cover made/sold by Honda, but I wasn’t a fan of the price tag. I kept waiting for it to go on sale but no such luck.I’m so glad I finally pulled the trigger on this product. It fits like a glove, took no time at all to “install” – it just slides into place, and works like a charm.
