I’ve used this terrific grease for many of my transmission rebuilds. It works great to hold those stubborn washers so they aren’t dropping out when putting the transmission back together. Plus great to lube up the seals. No performance issues after the rebuild.

I use it while assembling lots of parts for my vehicle, not just the transmission. However I did most recently use it while rebuilding my transmission. It helps to keep things in place like the thrust washers or spacer. Also once the parts are up to operating temp the product will turn into more of a grease and no longer be tacky, it will thin out basically and lubricate your parts. I always have both the green and blue or heavy and light tack.

Used for assembling a transmission. Fairly thick so you can use it to “stick” parts to each other for assembly (bearings, shims won’t fall off when upside down). Used it on the seals, o-rings,shims etc and worked great.

I used this to hold components in place while I reinstalled the valve body on my first gen Toyota tundra. It did take a lot a goo and a few tries but so far the transmission seems to be unaffected.
