Customer –
Shipment came with box damaged. Contents were fine. All nuts, that held the lid in place, were loose. I had to tighten them all. Lid did not open and close smoothly. Had to file the edges of the lid for the lid to open and close smoothly. When knob is turned in the locked position, the 3 numbers on top of the knob, are facing away from you. I will see if I can take the knob off of the lid and turn it 180 degrees so that the numbers, on top of the knob control lock, are facing the driver for easier readability. Oh well, product is from China. Fit was good, though!

This is an exact fit for my 2011 Ram. This has the perfect balance of price and security. It is cheap enough to not break the bank, but will at the same time deter a thief. They are usually in a hurry and won’t sit there to mess with a locked safe. Yes, I’m sure it could be broken into if the thief had the right tools and time to mess with it, but that usually isn’t the case. Spacious enough to secure valuables and firearms. Very happy with this purchase.

I think this is a copy of one of the 300$ range brands. It is heavy gauge steel that can’t be bent up by hand. The fitment is great in my 4th gen ram console. Lock quality is good enough. Like the more expensive brands, you would need power tools or to break the console with a long pry bar or something to get this out.My door rubs on the frame as it opens but a few hammer hits with a block of wood smoothed it out. I’ll do that and keep the 200 bucks I saved any day.

I needed a safe in my truck finally. I did research and found this one to be affordable and looked relatively secure and decided to give it a try. It fit perfectly in my center console. The lock mechanism is easy to set and seems strong enough, just needed to have the backing nut tightened up. Claims a 3 point locking system, but only has one lever to lock it, so not sure what that is all about.
