I have bought this kit twice and the parts don’t fit properly. There is a play in the turbo shaft which in my first turbo rebuild led to oil being pressured out to the exhaust because of a back and forth motion of the turbo shaft. The oil bearing doesn’t set properly.Avoid this kit.The specs are awful.Please look in to this Turbo Lab Of America.

Perfect! I used this kit to rebuild my K04 turbo for my 2008 Volvo C30, I have been running the rebuilt turbo that used this kit for 5000 miles with no issues.

My brother’s MK4 Jetta 1.8t was sluggish and laggy. The turbo was struggling and leaking oil. I offered to replace it for him, so I bought an old used K03 that was not is great shape. I carefully disassembled it, replaced all the key components with this kit, and swapped out my brother’s old dying turbo.The car feels 100% again. The boost pressure is quick and steady, and he is fully satisfied.This is an excellent kit, especially with the extra lubrication from the modified bearing.I will definitely be getting this kit again when either of my K03’s start to have problems.

If you know how to rebuild turbo, this kit is for you. I rebuilt my K03 and I can tell you the shaft spins easily. After the installation, I took it for drive. I can tell the difference! Good kit!

I”ve rebuild a K03 and K04 using this kit. Really good quality parts from Turbo Lab of America. turbos will go on to do many more miles with these refresher parts.

Very nice kit. I replaced the turbo on this old Audi about 60k miles ago, it had some shaft wear, was blowing some oil into the intake. The center bearing in this kit does have a much larger oil passage, maybe that will help it live longer. All the parts included were correct and packaged well.I do wish someone would make a silicon/bronze center bearing, like valve guide material, would last much longer.Great deal for the price.

Turbo went from pumping 1/2 quart of oil every 100 miles to no consumption and consistent boost. Video / youtube instructions were not incredibly clear, but at least gave some indication of assembly and torque values.
