When it’s time to separate the trailer from the dollie and tractor,this is very useful. Know more grease getting on your arm or shoulder. No more wrestling with fifth wheel handle,when it seems stuck and almost pulling your shoulder out of place.

It’s quite solid, despite being two piece; one end threads onto the other. I might put some kind of thread locker on it, but to be perfectly honest it really doesn’t need it.Build quality is good, straight rods, threads aren’t loose, handle is a solid piece. Has a vaguely weighty feel to it, not heavy, but not any heavier than say a cooking pan.Literally the only thing “wrong” with this is that I didn’t buy a longer one.All in all 11/10, thing genuinely saved me from a future of repetitive stress injuries.

I needed something to help me reach crates in the pass through storage under my camper due to only being 5’0” tall… well this is perfect! It collapses down making it easy to store and the bonus of a carry bag keeps it together and from sliding around. I don’t have a 5th wheel hitch that this would work for, but its purpose as a heavy duty reaching device is perfect.
