The back of the seat kept falling off and the the part from the dealer was an absurd amount. This is an exact OEM part, part number for number and ended up being $70 cheaper by the time shipping was considered.

It also fits the passenger seat. I own a 2014 GMC Sierra and had no problem with fitment nor installation, took maybe 5 minutes
