I was looking for seat covers for my 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. I know the product description states 2016-2019, but I ended up pulling the trigger on these due to what other reviewers had to say (one reviewer specifically stated that they fit perfect on their 2014 model).Fast forward to installation. As most reviewers have noted, installation is a bit of a hassle, but not overly confusing. However, none of the pieces seemed to offer that tight and seamless fit as shown in the pictures (which are probably just 3D renders) nor how they look in the video. The seat back covers looked frumpy, and the seat bottom would come untucked on the side after being sat on.Lastly, I couldn’t get the head rest cover on – it didn’t fit at all. It appears my front headrests are larger than everybody else’s. The middle and third row headrests looked just fine, but it was apparent just from looking at the covers that I wouldn’t be able to squeeze them over my front headrests. Can’t complete the look without the headrests.It’s a bummer, because overall these covers look and feel premium, and some other reviews show photos where they looked great … but unfortunately I’ll be returning mine. Gave 4 stars because it actually seems like a good product, but doesn’t have a snug fit on my vehicle, which is the same gen as the 2016-2017 Explorers (so by all accounts it should fit).

They are very good in my opinion. The fit of the seat covers are great. The video of them installing the covers helped a lot. Worth the money. The covers do make the seats look very nice when done. The only downside to the seat covers in the installation. It will take time to put them on and they fit snug.

-Everything fits pretty well – it’s a bit bubbly around some areas but I imagine that it will all compress once it gets used.-It took me about 2 hours to install the three rows on my 2017 Ford Explorer XLT.-I started with the front seats (like the video depicted) and it took me awhile to realize I need to simply pop out some of the snap-fasteners holding some wires and additionally remove the straps for the existing seat covers. Took some trial and error but once I figured it out it was easy.-I noticed on the second and third row that flipping the seats all the way over on themselves allows easier access underneath the seats for the Velcro and straps/buckles.-the hooks weren’t already installed on the seat covers so I had to thread the seats cover elastic through the hooks and over themselves.-Material feels strong and cleaned up nicely (better than my cloth seats).-I’d say it took me about 2-hours and installation was pretty difficult but that’s the nature of cars when everything is already tight and you need tight covers. If it wasn’t hard then the covers would be laying loose and not look professional.*if the material looks discolored in my photos, it’s from me sweating all over them in our ridiculous humidity and I need to wipe it down.Definitely would recommend and will probably buy another set for my other car.

FYI even though these say they fit a 2023 Ford Explorer, they in fact do not fit. The covers for the headrest absolutely will not go on and the seat covers pucker out a lot and they don’t cover the sides. For the price of these you might as well just get cheaper ones that fit the same. I expected way better for $300.
