The old switch popped out easily and the new one plugged in and the A/C is working properly again. The only complaint was the long time that it took for the item to arrive.

It fit my 2010 Honda Fit Sport perfectly. There’s a video on YouTube how to pull out the old broken one and easily install new one. Check it out. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name but it was easy to find.

My daughter called me to tell me that her A/C was not cold. She had taken it to a shop, and they quoted her $1,075 to replace the entire A/C system (compressor, clutch, condenser, etc) on her 2010 Honda Fit. I learned that they can only warranty the parts if all the parts are replaced. I learned long ago, there are no uh oh refunds on unnecessary auto repairs that don’t fix the ACTUAL problem. I went to examine her car, and noticed that the A/C light was unresponsive. It didn’t click, and didn’t always go off/on when pushed. After a little research, I found several videos about this part being replaced and fixing the A/C problem. I ordered, replaced it for her and her air has been blowing cold ever since. After I replaced it, I was able to show her the A/C clutch engaging as the button was pushed. Back to the review, Amazon said this would fit her 2010 Honda Fit, and indeed it was a perfect fit (you see what I did there?).

Worked perfectly on my 2010 Honda Fit Sport. YouTube video of drilling out old switch and using a screw was key. No need to take the dash apart.
