ROBBO-9425 –
It worked so I can check or monitor the fuel pressure. But the fitting for the connection was seeping slightly, and I still need to stop the super slow seepage after I got it to slow the seeping to virtually nothing. I think a smaller o-ring than the one supplied should stop it altogether. It just stays damp with fuel around the connection. No dripping or running down the filter housing. But now, how do I get the whole new cap off again for the next filter change? Oil filter pliers and a rag to stop from marring the shiny aluminum cap.

Very nice quality feel to it and fits and looks great, only thing is make sure to use some sort of thread sealer for putting the valve in or else it leaks. Yellow gas rated tape worked good.

Don’t fit

As stated easy access to fuel pressure. Nice cap. Paint is so-so if it’s the black cap so be mindful. The fitting is more straight thread than a npt (wedge) style. Feels like it should actually be a orb fitting but none the less wrap it with a good amount of tape and snug it down and you’ll have no issues.

Have this on my truck as a daily driver in order to test fuel pressure every so often.

Fits on my 6.0 PSD. As I was getting ready to install it, I happened to look into the pressure port. You know, the clean side of the oil filter? yeah, there was metal tails from where the threads were cut. So yeah, make sure you dont have any rouge metal burs hanging out.

Good product fit perfect.

Extremely easy ways to check fuel pressure without having to take anything apart. Besides the fuel filter cap
