When I work on replace BOLT head to ARP STUD head and same time replace nipple cup and many other parts. I noticed Ford EOM nipple cup have leak problems and can see the build up the hard oil on case see picture look at black spot place. After 85 hours I done upgrade on 6.0… wow very smooth run and feel strong running… happy I DID !! thank to HCC for improved design. ALSO very BEST replace all O-ring of injectors (inside and outside).

Absolutely fantastic product. Replaced the nipple cups and seals. The socket is indestructible (or seems to be). I also removed and replaced the seals / ‘O’-rings on each injector. The top seal replacement isn’t fun but I had the most success removing the snap ring in the top seal with a utility knife (slightly dulled) forcing it into the injector (after removing the seal and allowing the spacer to drop to the bottom) and capturing the end with a small screwdriver and carefully prying it out. After driving the truck for about 15 miles, I came back to the shop and the engine would start (on a 92°F day) in 1.3 seconds. I took the truck out for a drive and at WOT achieved a HPOP pressure reading at the ICP of 3776 PSI. The truck has NEVER run like this and so well. (NOTE : I also replaced the unison ring in the turbocharger at the same time). Thanks HHC Diesel for a GREAT product line.

Ordered this kit for my problematic 2006 F350 6.0l. Very impressed with the quality of the parts and the custom tool to install them. Impressed by the thought and engineering that went into the new design. I’m hoping this will solve any future breakdowns due to bad injector seals. I had mistakenly ordered 2 kits and had sent one back for a refund. Amazon had been dragging their feet getting the refund going as the tracking said it was still in transit after 3 1/2 weeks. I contacted Mark at HHC Diesel to see if they could help. They went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue and even went as far to say they would refund me if Amazon wouldn’t help. Great to see a company that values their customers as well as the quality of their product.

I installed the new nipple cups. They work great. I recommend updating your nipple cups to these one.

I installed these with their tool and following their directions. Immediately after starting the engine up, there is noticeably less injector clatter. These 6.0’s are noisy, and after 270,000 miles, the original nipple seals had not failed, but when I put the high pressure rails in the vice to remove the old ones and install the, the old ones were loose and floppy indicating the seals had hardened and shrunk. There had to be some pressure loss, and low pressure here will affect the injector life. After installing these, these fit very snugly, and they don’t flop about. My assumption is my injectors are back to getting the correct pressure without any oil bypassing them now. Much quieter when running. Sound like it did when new.

By the time I got to replace my 6.0 injectors, my oil rails had serious leaks that made for hard staring on cold mornings.Excellent fit, finish, & function. Would reccomend.
