It does the job but came with the aluminum scratched up. It wasn’t packed well either but I suspect the scratches occurred due to a lack of quality control during the mfg process. The scratches will be hidden behind the flashlight is the only reason I didn’t send it back.

We’ve has several of these installed in our house and RV to hold our large Maglight flashlights vertically. They are secure, the rubber ring means they don’t create rattles. The two we have installed with double sided tape in the RV are installed so the weight of the light is on the floor and not entirely on the holder. The ones in the house/shop are mounted to a wall and support the weight as well. It’s easy to slip the light in and out, we used to have the rubber “clamp” mounts that are more difficult to put the light back into.

I know this flashlight mount/holder is ment for Maglite C/D. It works perfectly with my Sofirn SP70!

We needed a place to hang our flashlight in our trailer, where it would be handy and (out of the way)!! *Our trailer was destroyed by a fallen tree, so we replaced it with a ‘cabin’ on our RV lot*. NOW we have a sturdy holder for a flashlight, beside the door in our CABIN. This metal light holder, was priced right and is a sturdy place to keep it ‘quickly’ available.

I have my flashlights laying all over the place and stumbled upon this. I have it in my garage right by the door so it’s right there when I need it. Going to have to buy some more since I’m sure I’ll find other locations to put flashlights. Guys and flashlights…. what can I say?

The size limits where you can place it. I ordered a plastic one that has more flexibility on where I can install it. I like the metal but I would’ve returned it if the 30 day return period hadn’t expired.

Good holder for a maglite type flashlight. I’m giving 4 stars because the first one I received was missing one of the rubber bushings and it took 2 weeks to get a replacement. Also I had one of them come out and I was just lucky that returning to where I thought I might have lost it I found it lying on the ground. Other than that it holds the light secure in my van and no vibrations or moving around. There’s really no other flashlight holder that compares to it.

We have this in our camp trailer and garage. You never know when you’ll need a flashlight and this saves you from having to dig in search of one.
