I got this due to my new bus’ drivers seat missing parts resulting in a compression injury to my back. The seat pad is ok. I added a layer of 1 inch foam to it for more cushioning. The open spot under my tailbone makes driving over bumpy roads do-able with my injury. It also is bigger and fits the size of my bus seat. That’s a real plus.The back piece is comfortable, but the cover material is super slippery. My bus is a handicapped bus and is a bit higher than most buses. That makes it roll a bit from side to side. The slippery material on the back cushion makes me slide too much when the bus rolls. It’s got a good shape, but I think with non-slippery material, that would stop.

I’m a long distance HGV driver, driving around 1500 miles a week, spending 40mph Hours a week driving.It was really starting to get me down having lower back pain and a numb bum after a long shift.I tried the Elmara cushion set, not having much hope that it would change my life, but as it had a money back guerentee I had nothing to loose.I’m now on day four of use and it’s made such a difference, I’ve done over 9 hours driving today, and previously I’d have been seriously uncomfortable after that, but today I have no pain at all.I’m sure it’s common for HGV drivers to suffer back problems with the hours of driving, so for any of you out there that are wondering if it can help, it definitely did for me…..so give it a try, nothing to loose.Right now I’m thinking it’s one of the best £50 I’ve ever spent.

I got 2 of these for my Chevy Silverado 2500 because the leather seats are kinda worn down and I’m 5’2”. They ONLY negative thing I could say is it’s a little bit firm. Other than that, it’s built tough, easy to keep clean, looks good, fits the seat well, fits me well…took me from hunchback and looking at mostly horizon to sitting with good posture, feeling 6’3” and able to see the entire hood. HUGE problem solver and MUCH cheaper than replacing the seats. I absolutely love them. Highly recommend. (And I’m hard to please so if I got something nice to say, you can take it to the bank!)
