This is a semi flexible type plastic material… hard to describe. I used Velcro and attached mine with that and gorilla glue to make sure it doesn’t fall off in carwashs! It’s done wonderfully. People behind me always point to my Eeyore tail when I’m at a light and smile after I turn it on as if I’m waving to them!

If you love Eeyore, you must have this. Just don’t go through a car wash with it. Or buy a second one like I did. Very expensive car wash.
