I saw an ad for this product on Facebook and was very skeptical, because it was on Facebook. Searched for this on Amazon and there it is, so I decided to give it a try.Well low and behold this stuff took off brake dust just like the ad on Facebook. I bought a cheap scrub brush from Wally World and went to work on my rims. In picture #1 my rims were coated in baked on brake dust and didn’t even look like chrome, in picture #2 the brake dust melted off with very mild scrubbing and you can see the obvious difference.Now for the bad part, this company makes a kick butt product and then puts it in a dirt cheap spray bottle that collapses in your hand as you’re using it, I had to transfer the chemicals in to a professional spray bottle which just added to the cost of an already expensive product.This stuff really works and made my rims look 90% better on the first cleaning. I’m happy and sad at the same time. I also added a picture of the sprayer I bought.

This “ACID BASED” cleaner works great but you must use caution using it or you can become ill from using it like I did. About 45 minutes into using the product I started feeling really strange, light headed, headache, dizzy and it was all after I used this product for the very first time. So please use caution while using it, make sure you are out doors, make sure the mist from the spray blows away from you and not into your face. Do not breathe the fumes from the product, it will cause you two days of discomfort that can be avoided is you use caution while using it. The acid in the product will also damage your concrete floors, like etching concrete with acid before staining, that’s exactly what this will do to your shop floors.Other than the product being harmful to the user the product works great. I cleaned 4 20″ Dodge Ram factory chromed wheels that were thick with metallic brake dust and this product made the wheels look brand new again. My Customer was thrilled with the outcome, I was too except for the two day headache it gave me. Buyer beware, use in a ventilated area or don’t use it at all.

Not only does it not clean off brake dust, but it ruined the clearcoat on one of the wheels. I tried this on 3 different types of vehicles. 1 had a porous face, did absolutely nothing. The other was a hubcap from a Charger nothing against. Then I tried the back of a chrome wheel like they showed on their video. Nothing!!!! A huge waste of my money, and now I have to sand down a wheel to refinish it.I never write reviews, but this product is very misleading!! Do not waste your money. Chemical guys and similar companies are a better choice than this one!

I was actually skeptical about this, and figured I’d try it tho. That wheel you see was caked one brake dust that I’ve brushed before and used meguliars aluminum wheel cleaner and had no impact. That was 2 sprays and used blue workshop paper towel to rub. Had I used a scrub it would have cleaned this wheel throughly. Nothing has come close to this cleaning power and it’s not harsh chemicals. Feels like water, unlike other chemicals that dry out your hands or burn. It is rough if you inhale, almost makes you cough instantly. Of course it says do not inhale but wind blew in my direction and I gotta breathe lol. Cleans off well, works amazing and will be my wheel cleaner from now on.(Update) 06/18/2024I’ve just about finished the bottle cleaned 2 sets of wheels with it and I’m happily ordering more now. My second set had some light rust, but more than surface rust and I’ve scrubbed it and tried several cleaners and no impact, this with some effort almost grabbed 95% of it. Now you see the scuff marks more than the rust 😂 oh well it was years of accumulation gone in minutes. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

Ok, before I bought this I read a lot of reviews and even though it was a 50/50 chance that it could work or not I took the chance and boy was I happy. So I tried a few different ways to apply the product, first i sprayed it on the wheel not diluted, left on for a minute and and didn’t scrub I rinsed and worked somewhat ok, second I applied and scrubbed really good and that worked best and last I diluted it and had to scrub a bit harder and longer. So if your wheels aren’t as dirty as mine were I would say dilute it and you should by fine if the look like mine then don’t dilute it and scrub a bit for best results. Once I run out of this I will buy more cause it’s well worth the money. Another thing make sure to use some sort of protective eye wear/mask and glove cause this is strong stuff.

I typically think the videos of this kind of product working so easily is a bunch of baloney, BUT, this stuff works exactly like it does in their ads! My first try using this was on some F350 Dually brake parts that had 140K miles. The fact that it took nearly 90 percent of all the brake dust and burnt on debris from the pad brackets and calipers with just one application and rinse, simply blew my mind! I will keep a gallon of this on hand now at all times, and clean up all my brakes and wheels often so that they stay looking fresh forever.DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS STUFF!!

You are paying 26.00 for a product that is only 33% product 66% water so you are paying 26.00 for approximately 6oz of product, and it didn’t work as advertised!
