one side cracked when I bolted it to the motor. I replaced it locally.

1993 F150 4.9 liter. Had an exhaust leak for a negligent while….. and the exhaust gases cut into the OEM manifold. These fit and worked perfect. The old pipes fit perfect. Decent quality. Not great but decent. There is a machining cut that has a sharp corner….. which causes a stress point and possible crack point. But I didn’t want to spend a day in a junkyard fighting heat and wasps to get a possibly – good used one. I was really happy with the part. Use a ONE PIECE gasket for intake and exhaust – the ones that are sandwich of several materials and hopefully metal on the outsides. They fail less than the 2 piece gaskets. Don’t just replace the exhaust portion or you might be trying it again real soon!

So far so good.I installed this with a clifford intake so I had to grind some of the bosses off.Do yourself a favor and use studs when installing these.

This product fit well and bolted right on my 89 4.9l.

Very unhappy with this manifold. It had a hole in the casting!!!!! No quality control at all!!!

Horrible casting quality overall compared to Ford OEM which raises doubts on longevity but unfortunately this is about the only replacement you can find other than ATP which seem to be out of stock most places and being discontinued (and probably the same quality cast if not the exact same). Ford OEM are known to crack so with this poor of a cast I don’t know how long it will last.Facing is not milled nor flat, had to spend a bit of time on it to get it flush for mounting to the head.My order did not come with any fasteners either. It does fit and it’s about all that’s available.. I scrapped two complete engines hoping to get a good manifold off one and they were both cracked in the front so not much else you can do.

Construction is good but my only gripe is there’s alot of casting defects, nothing too serious tho

Worked as it should! Finishes were a little rough! Would have given 5 stars if finish were better!

Exact fit for a ford 4.9 EFI. However I did use for carburated application, very slight modification needed, I mean very slight.
