Hopeful2021 –
This part fits perfect, installed easily by my mechanic, and works perfectly. I’ve learned the hard way to stick with the original manufacturer’s parts when replacing parts on my 1998 Chevy Tahoe that I bought new and the 2007 Buick LaCrosse that I bought used. For example, I tried changing from the original stock intake manifold to a marine intake manifold, to place the injectors closer to the cylinders, to gain mpg and low-end torque for hauling firewood or towing a boat or utility trailer. After 370 days of torture trying to get the marine intake manifold to work, I finally went back to the stock intake manifold, plenum, injectors, and fuel pressure regulator. It worked perfectly right away after bought the necessary parts from Amazon and had my mechanic install them.

Came with all gaskets needed for the job, I have no problem with item
Stephanie Miller –
I purchased this item and when it arrived it had a warp that was almost a quarter of an inch. I think it would beimpossible that someone would not see this before it was ever shipped out. This is thick material and you will never be able to pull the bend out by tghtning bolts down. Not if you concern yourself with using recommended torque ratings. They could use quality control person at factory.

Installed on a 1997 GMC Sierra K1500 5.7L as it was a perfect fit.

I originally wanted to get another brand because it had the gasket embedded in it, but the were sold out. But Dorman is a old reliable manufacturer of aftermarket GM parts so I thought I’d give them a shot. And lo and behold it has the main gasket and the throttle body gasket embedded also! If you’ve never done a upper manifold on a GM vortec installing the gasket and not have it move on you during installation can be a real pain. They should change the description to include that, it’s a true selling point.

Fits like a glove. Great price convenient came with every single gasket to change it. Works great.
