Description
Review this item in the context of the repair, installation access, nearby parts, and the result the completed job is intended to achieve.
Replacing a malfunctioning air door or blend door actuator? Don’t risk doing it twice by installing a poorly engineered replacement. This repair is often a time-consuming job that can require removal of the dashboard and a fair amount of awkward wrenching maneuvers in tight, sometimes invisible vehicle recesses. Just selecting the correct actuator needed for your GMC, Volvo, or Mercedes-Benz application can also be confusing because of the close similarities between replacements. This product has been carefully designed and tested to help ensure an easier repair and eliminate ordering confusion. It features frustration-free captive screws that stay in place when lining up the actuator inside the HVAC case, making that usually tricky part of the job a lot easier. To make the replacement part selection simpler and faster, this actuator is part of a small family of precision-engineered and manufactured actuators Dorman developed that consolidates dozens of original equipment applications. Check the fitment details to find which actuator is designed to fit your vehicle, and you can quickly and easily order it with confidence, knowing that it has been exhaustively tested for an exact, seamless installation.

Dorman Customer Support is first rate. Will fit in place, but not in travel. Dorman factory support picks up phone on first ring. Good Company. Do not use for ML320 according to Dorman Customer Support.
