On the 2003 expedition the radiator core support is notorious for rusting out. Son had minor fender bender and we needed to replace his because most of it was rusted away. This product part felt heavy and very well made! Quality is definitely very good! Fit? It says bolt in replacement. Doesnt come with said bolts, be aware. Theres not really a good way in my opinion, to bolt one of these in. We used a mig welder and tacked it in. There were a few holes missing on this one that his OEM part had. No big deal to drill out. If you dont know: you need to drill out all the spot welds on the old one. Then open the pockets with a pry tool. Remove the 2 isolator support bolts on the bottom. Make sure all your wires are disconnect to it and it should pull right out. This one will go back in, in reverse order.
