Replacement end camp don’t match ends of the 12-foot main slide awning rod (Broken and rod dented when parking in a tight spot) on my 2022 Winnebago Sunstar. Fired first RV repair company who failed to find correct replacement parts and then disappeared/refuses to respond.. Two former Winnebago employees unable to fix it either. Now working with a local large RV repair company to order the entire awning and assembly. All this resulted in excessive delay. Please waive Amazon return policy timing and approve my return and a refund of products and the fabric package I now can’t use
