The jack won’t fit under the puck on a model 3 performance with a flat. I had to drive the car up a ramp to get the jack under the car. Customer service followed up and was quick to support finding a resolution. I would purchase from this company again.

Arrived today. I was using it for the first time to rotate my tires for my tesla model Y LR when the ratchet handle bent. Unable to use it due to this. Ratchet seem soft (mostly plastic) and i think will not last for succceeding uses. Hoping the seller will at least replace it. The rest are good and working.Update:I got a message from the seller. They will replace the whole set. Im still waiting for it to be delivered. But very good and efficient customer service.
