    Seem to be pretty quality shocks! Yes 13 inches and with 1′ sag sits right back to stock height! Will send another review in when I ride on them. Look like Drag Specialties shocks!Replaced Progressive 412HD. Spring rate was just to hard for my Street Glide Special
