Comparable in design, materials and quality to similar products sold elsewhere, this stabilizer does a decent job of reducing trailer hitch wobble and rattle. The nuts have plastic linings to better lock the threads, so that’s a plus.Like those other brands, the U-bolt arms are way longer than they need to be, so tightening those nuts with a regular wrench (a socket wrench won’t work) will take a while. Therefore, you probably would want to do this just once and leave it on, rather than on/off each time you use the hitch. So this might not be convenient for a trailer hitch bike rack unless you leave it on all the time.Though the sparse instructions don’t mention this, other sites state that a torque wrench should be set to 30 lbs. since stainless steel U-bolts can be overtightened and snap. If tightening without a torque wrench, do so just until it’s snug enough to stop wobble and rattling.

With so many of these anti-rattle clamps on the market, it may seem like they are all the same, but not all of them come with quality hardware. This clamp comes with a good sized 1/2 inch square bolt, as compared to others I have seen with a smaller 10mm square bolt. The included lock nuts are nice, compared to using lock washers, but I would have preferred a thicker nut to provide contact on more threads for better holding/clamping power. A quick install guide is labeled on the metal clamp plate for easy reference when installing this for your next outing with a trailer. Overall, I believe this is worth the purchase and it is one of the better hitch clamp options on the market.

This is exactly what I needed for a hitch mounted bicycle rack. I had tried some of the other more expensive ones with a rubber coating. The rubber coating breaks down as you’re driving in it. It continues to loosen up. This one never did loosen up as I was using it. of course it is very heavy duty and a point of failure on the majority of these type hitch stabilizer is going to be the threads. The way that it stays tight. I do not believe that is going to be an issue with this one. The only issue I could even think of is only a personal one. I typically put my hitch on only when I am using it and then remove it. so I change from the locking nylon nuts to a lock washer. If I were going to leave this on a vehicle, of course I would keep the nylon lock nut overall I can highly recommend this hitch tightener.

I am thrilled with this product! The quality is top-notch – the U-bolt is made of robust 304 stainless steel, and the durable black powder coating ensures its suitability in all weather conditions. The kit came complete with a U-bolt, a fastening plate, two washers, and two nylon self-locking nuts, making installation a breeze. Whether you have a Class I, II, III, or IV trailer hitch, it fits perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised by its versatility, fitting both 1.25 and 2-inch hitch receivers. One of the standout features is how it prevents the trailer’s hook arm from shaking, reducing movement and eliminating any creaking sounds. This not only made my journey more peaceful but also added an aesthetic appeal to my trailer setup. The locking coupling device adds an extra layer of protection, which makes me feel safer and more confident during my travels. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality trailer hitch accessory!

I bought the BEJONI Hitch Tightener Anti-Rattle Clamp to secure my MaxxHaul 70103 Hitch Mount Steel Folding Cargo Carrier. I like that it works perfectly on my 2″ hitch receiver. The installation was simple, and it has made my cargo carrier much more stable. It looks durable, and the anti-rust coating is a nice touch. One thing I really appreciate is the price. It’s a little bit lower than the name-brand version, which makes it a great deal. So far, I’m very happy with it, and it does exactly what I need.I will update this review if anything changes, but for now, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good hitch stabilizer.

This anti-rattle clamp works very well and it’s a simple installation. The instructions are printed clearly on the box and there’s a sticker on the product with illustrations showing correct and incorrect positioning of the clamp. The plate is thick and well coated. The nylock nuts have a torque spec of 30 ft lbs. If you’re using a torque ratchet, you’ll want to have a deep-well socket (3/4″) since the U-bolt threads are a little long and a standard socket will bottom out before you’re tight. Absolutely zero slop and zero rattle once you install it and that makes me a happy camper… literally! Great product.

Bolts on with the deep socket I use on my wheels. So, easy to install and remove without any special tools. Keeps the trailer hitch from making noise going over bumps
