Purchased 2 of the tow hooks in gold. Shipping was fast and product looks great. Had some installation questions and contacted the seller who was fantastic and eager to help! Product looks excellent on my Mini Cooper, satisfied with my purchase and the seller! I do wish the gold color was brighter than it is, I wanted yellow but they don’t have that color. Photos attached to show the color.

A nice upgrade over the OEM tow hook. Effortless to install and remove. I haven’t gone four wheels off yet (yay!), so I cannot speak to durability with use but there is no reason to believe that would be an issue.

An inexpensive but quality item that is a perfect decorative piece for my Mini.I do wish it would come with a hex-wrench to loosen/tighten the bolt, but that is a matter of convenience.

Looks and installs almost perfectly. Can’t say if it’s strong enough to tow with, but fits the missing bumper plug space well.

I purchased this tow hook with high hopes, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The main issue is that the tow hook did not come with the necessary 12mm nut to secure it properly. As a result, when I installed it, the hook was at an awkward angle and didn’t sit straight on the car. Other tow hooks I’ve used in the past always included an additional nut to allow for proper alignment, so I was expecting the same here.I reached out to the seller for assistance, hoping they would resolve the issue, but I was told it was “tough luck” or that I could return it. This lack of customer support is frustrating, and now I have a tow hook that doesn’t fit properly and is practically unusable.I cannot recommend this product due to poor quality control and lack of support from the seller. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better tow hook that comes with everything you need to install it properly.
