Evaporator motor on my old unit died and replacement would have been ~$250 with no warranty. Decided to replace entire unit and get the warranty with it. 4 bolts and a few wire nuts is all there is to do the swap. Unit is just over 80 pounds and bulky so get help carrying up ladder. Been running for a few months with no issues at all. Works better than same old unit.

Did not come with anything but the unit in a box that had at least 15 rolls of tape holding it together. Outside cover broken and missing parts

I needed the unit before going in a camping trip. In the description it said it would come with the wall Mount thermostat and remote. Only the unit came. It didn’t come with the 4 mounting bolts for the new unit either. Then when I tried using my mounting bolts from the previous unit, it didn’t fit the new one. The cover shroud was also cracked when I unboxed it. Waisted my time and ruined my trip!!!

We bought this because it was rated very quiet. 10 times quieter than our old one and works very well. So happy with this purchase. I highly recommend it

Very disappointed with this unit . Install was fairly straight forward but my rv did not have a 12volt circuit needed at the roof opening. Shot a 12 volt line to the unit and it works but does not keep up during hot days . It does condensate a lot and has caused water drops from the filter area. I had to pull the unit apart to drill better drainage. It will overflow and drip Inside and it is becoming an annoyance. Definitely not as cool or powerful as the Coleman unit that was previously installed . Quieter …. Yes . Cooling …… not so much
