These do work – sort of. They do not pinch the lines completely closed. They will pinch it slightly, but DO NOT EXPECT a fully closed off brake line. The plastic material flex’s on the handle before and significant pinch on the hose. Likely to prevent damage, however still a little too much flex in the grip.

I was able to use the small and big one just fine, but the medium size doesn’t really have a place on my car. I clamped two 1-3/8″ hose on my car and the big clamp did well, but the medium wasn’t large enough or something. Overall, they work pretty well and the quality seems adequate for the pricing.

Works as expected. Used on a recent brake job when replacing the calipers. Easy to use and I like there are no sharp edges and the handle keeper in easy to use.

When you receive them, check to make sure that they are not too sharp and will possibly cut the hose.Mine worked great but I had to dull the clamp blades by scraping a razor blade on them.

These work very well except for the location of the release lever. It is very easy to have your finger up against it as you are squeezing the pliers, and if this is happening, they do not lock. If you can get around that, they work perfectly well.
