Needs significant work to make work properly. Paint has to be cleaned out or removed to get parts to fit together properly. Spindle shafts were burred, requiring cleanup and deburring to get wheels to fit. Threads on several parts had to be cleaned up to get nuts/bolts to screw on properly. Just some misses on product quality and quality assurance.
