First one arrived with damaged box, surprisingly I think I have everything. Second one never arrived. Third one came in pictures attached and missing parts. Fingers crossed on the fourth one. I had to order it four times to get two of them. Luckily the fourth box wasn’t in horrible shape. Still surprised it was not missing the hardware. I will order another brand for my other trailers.
