You need to own a Dremal to trim a few spots to make it fit properly. After that it fit and it worked, a lot cheaper than OEM.

I tried this switch housing hoping to replace the old one who’s buttons popped off during the summer on our 08 600 SDI. Mounted up fine, connector plugged in fine, but whenever I pushed the start button it would blow a fuse. It’s a 5 amp fuse, I tried a 7.5 and 10 amp and they all blew too. Sounds like others had a similar problem. Returned it immediately.

Do not buy this product. The grip and thumb warmers work well but it keeps shorting out my headlight fuse and now my temp gauge doesn’t work. Clearly defective. Save your time and aggravation and buy directly from Ski-Doo. I had none of these problems before I replaced IT

This is not an OEM item as advertised. Wiring does not exit below circuit board as OEM does. This caused a pinching of wire to handlebar and a short blowing headlight fuse. Had to remove unit and re-route wire to minimize pinch on wires. Do not purchase this unit, verify OEM as this is cheap aftermarket.
