The 5 speed reverse gear can be mounted to any HD ,except Sportster and V-Rod, with new generation 5 speed transmission through 2006 (for a limited time HD introduced the first generation 5 speed which ran for approx 2 years in production. Please note if your bike is equipped with the first generation 5 speed, this reverse gear will not fit) On some models exhaust modifications may be required.
The New Reverse Gear Is Made of the Highest Quality Material. the Main Body Is Made of Aluminum Processing. It Provides a Safe Engine Shutdown Switch for Reverse Gear to Prevent Damage When Reverse and Forward Gears Are Engaged Simultaneously. This Reverse Gear Is Equipped with an Adjustable Lever. the Adjustable Lever Is Machined from a Solid Billet (Polished or Black, Depending on Availability) and Has the Highest Design and Process Quality. It Can Be Tightened with the Four Screws Shown in the Figure Below and the Shift Lever Can Be Rotated to the Desired Position.
