STEP 1:
Insert the wheel axle in the bottom then place either wheel onto the axle and secure it in place with a washer and nut, repeat with the other wheel.
STEP 2:
Tilt the caddy on it side. Attach the support feet/caster wheel.
STEP 3:
Take the Teflon tape and wrap it around the pump pipe 5-8 times around.Screw on the oil pump and attach the pump handle to the oil pump. Use the wedge lock washer to position the pump and tighten it
STEP 4:
Screw the pagoda joint onto the oil pump,attach the hose to the pagoda joint, securing it in place withe hose clamp. Attach the wire tube to the pump connector
STEP 5:
Screw the fuel gauge into place nearby
STEP 6:
Insert the filter into the fuel inlet and then screw on the oil cap
STEP 7:
Insert the handle into place on the caddy’s frame. sceuring it in place with bolts.washers and nuts
STEP 8:
Put on the hook and tighten it with screws
