Warning, Not for highway use. Always replace both air tires with non -flat tires, never use a non-flat tire with an air tire on the same hand truck . flat free, If the tires are set on the maximum load for a long time, they will leave a flat spot on the tires, Please make sure you move the wheels time to time so they don’t warp into a flat spot on the tire. Beside that great! upc code: 719936247501

One of the two bearings of one wheel was loose, because, the press-fit was not tight enough. The wheel becomes quickly misaligned and wobbles with no load on the hand truck. I going to try stacking 5/8″ washers, shaft collars or slip-on pipe spacers on both sides of the wheel to keep the bearing snug to the wheel.

Typical “Made in China” bearing came out of the wheel when I was installing it on the shaft.Poor quality control on bearing tolerances. After measuring the inside and outside diameter of the bearing with a micrometer I found that the outside diameter was a hair too small for a tight pressed in fit in the wheel itself and the inside diameter was less than the advertised 5/8”.

I bought an appliance hand truck at Harbor Freight (Lowes sells a similar one). It had all plastic wheels with pressed bearings. After several uses the hubs on both wheels cracked and the hand truck was unusable. Harbor Freight and Lowes did not stock a replacement wheel. I found this at Amazon with a metal hub and bearings. Well-built and sturdy. They are 0.5 in. narrower than the OEM wheel, but this was resolved with a bushing installed in-line. Overall installation to use was less than ten minutes. The hand truck is fully functional and better performing than the original!

Automatic gate opener. Wish it had sealed bearings. Will see how long it last .

Tires are fine for the price!

Really, the only thing that I can say positively is that it does roll, albeit, so irregular as though there are major flat spots on it. The wobbly motion side to side can be dealt with BUT, that up & down “ca-thump” is quite disappointing … I will accept the loss and simply purchase another set elsewhere.

Bearings are installed backwards. Bearing can never be greased or remove with out destroying whole assembly. What a waste when this problem can go away so easily. Just press Bearing in from outside after wheel hub and tire are assembly.
