Perfect Replacement for appion schrader Valve Removal Tool
MGAVCT 1/4″ Vacuum-Rated Valve Core Removal Tool
The Details About The Vacuum-Rated Valve Core Removal Tool
The Application of Vacuum-Rated Valve Core Removal Tool
-
Why Remove Valve Cores?
Valve cores are designed to restrict flow and minimize refrigerant loss. Up to 90% of the access port can be restricted by a valve core. Removing them maximizes flow and can save hours on any job.
-
Hot Tanks and Slow Recovery?
A valve core acts like an expansion valve, turning liquid refrigerant into vapor and superheating the refrigerant. This causes the tank to heat up and leads to painfully slow recovery times.
-
Tired of Slow Evacuations?
Evacuating through a valve core and core depressor can reduce the potential flow of any vacuum pump to as little as 0.2CFM.
-
Are your Tools Rated for Vacuum and Pressure?
The Valve Core Removal Tools is Vacuum-Rated to 20 microns&designed for high pressure refrigerants R410A. This will give you the peace of mind that your tools aren’t going to leak in a deep vacuum or during critical parts of the recovery process.

I tested a new appion valve core removal tool with my gear recently and acieved 30 microns with my rig… I tried 2 of these appion look alikes, the first one tested very badly and the best vacuum I achieved on the 2nd one was 260 microns with my cps gage…. not good enough in my in my opinion….. these ones look like the appion, but I personally will not be buying a third one.

Blew apart first use. Pressure tested system got to about 250 psi and it literally blew up and shot across the yard. Save your money.

Was skeptical about getting this off of amazon, not a recognizable brand, but great purchase to date. Magnet is a little weak, but the works really well outside of that.
