I purchased this charger in January 2024 and have been using it to recharge numerous 100Ah LIFEPO4 batteries I have for emergency purposes for about 9 months at the time I’ve left this review. Other than being a bit on the loud side due to the internal cooling fan, this charger has been flawless in recharging my batteries.The wires connecting to the battery could have been of a larger size since they do get almost on the hot side when in use, but it seems any of these charger tend to be loud from fan noise and heated wires. Due to me being very happy overall with this charger, I just today (9/14/2024) just purchased a second one. I now own 8 various brand LIFEPO4 100Ah batteries, so having a second charger for me is a must.

UPDATE: I ordered one ($128 Black Friday). To my delight (and despite the photos in the ad), the ring terminals were still on a separate Anderson style connector to be used as needed. Thank you Timeusb!Bought one of these to fast charge lithium batteries during 4 day power outrage to keep the important stuff running. Dealing with 5 batteries (running 2 households) and 1 70 amp charger, 2 40 amp chargers and 2 20 amp chargers. Very happy with this one that we ordered during the outage – did the job and for the batteries without bluetooth the display was extra valuable. Got one of these for our neighbor after the outage. I thought I would pick up a second one, but I see that the Anderson connector has disappeared and the ring connectors are coming out of a non Anderson style connector (which never seen completely in the photos) So it would be necessary to cut them off and install a correct connector. Obviously it can be done, but… The bolt to the wall version still has Anderson connectors as well as ring terminals. Wish you had not changed it just to save a couple bucks!

I wouldn’t have anything less than this. This has been the best ive ever used. I have 2 of them and have been using them for 2 years now. They charge LiFePo4’s flawlessly every time the way they should be charged. (And I live off grid and use it a lot). 40 amp charging is about where you want to charge LiFePo4’s. Anything more can start generating heat and thats what breaks down longevity on anything. 40 amp charging should prove to be the best charging rate for keeping your batteries a long time. 20 amp chargers are too slow to charge up a large bank. These chargers are not built by the companies who sell them. They are all the same, so do a serch for LiFePo4 chargers and look for this one and get the best price that way. It doesn’t matter who sells it.

This thing is a beast. I have a 280 amp hour lipo4 battery. The charger is a solid unit. Made very well with a read out monitor. I was so suprised it came with the heavy duty Anderson plugs. Probably a $30 value. Those get warm so if they weren’t heavy the wires would melt. Great buy for $138 on sale
