Used for holding the crankshaft pulley when loosening/tightening the pulley fixing bolt.

With the 42mm extension design, the tool does not easily pop out of the balancer when tightening the bolt.
It’s me –
This is a good heavy duty crankshaft holder, much more solid than I thought it would be, definitely good value for the money. It’s easy to install, fits perfect, and functions as it is supposed to. I should have bought one of these a while back. While you do not have to have it to take the bolt off when using an impact wrench, you definitely need it to set the proper torque when replacing the bolt. It also comes in handy if there’s not enough room to put an impact wrench on the bolt in the car.

Got this before I needed it and glad I did. Worked great for reinstalling the crank bolt and torqueing it down. Really easy to setup and use.
