Installed mine permanently in the golf cart and it works like a charm! very surprised how fast it brings the batteries back and is smart enough to stop charging when full. Highly recommend!

Build quality seems goodDoes not fully charge the battery. When the charger reaches 58 V it just shuts off does not allow time to fully charged or to balance.

I love lithium batteries. I have a bank in my Jeep, I’m building a bank for my home as a big backup battery, and a small lithium battery for projects. The bank in my Jeep is charged by my alternator, but it’s a good idea to top it off with a battery charger every once in a while. When I saw this listing I had to try it.It arrived in a plain box. It wasn’t well padded, but the thing is super heavy duty and I doubt it would break if you threw it. It comes with two sets of cables, one with alligator clamps and another with ring terminals. I love the ring terminals as it will let me connect this to my bank and leave it attached. It uses Anderson connectors to connect the wires to the charger. In use I can’t yet swear to the charging capabilities. I hooked it to my little battery, which I’ve never been able to get working but held onto just in case a charger could restore it. This one gave an error (alternated between red and green), so it confirmed my suspicions that it was toast. This is a very simple charger. There are no screens, nothing showing status or anything like that. It’s just a pair of LEDs, green and red, that indicate what it’s doing. I’m fine with this; as long as it charges the batteries I don’t care that it’s a no-frills model.Overall I’m happy with this charger. I’m going to hook it to my lithium bank soon and see how it performs, and once I do I’ll try to remember to update this review. Until then, I’m happy.

Despite the wimpy cables included with this charger, it works well. It is solidly built and remains cool thanks to the substantial fan. It’s doing a great job keeping my DIY power banks charged.

This charger is solidly built and comes with two adapters for the charging end: one is a pair of alligator clamps with a jam opening of about 1″, and the other is a pair of eyelets that you can screw into place. Both work well. There is an integrate fan that comes on automatically and which cools the unit. The AC outlet cord is about 40″ long, and the adapter end is about 43″ long. While you could tote this around as needed, to me it’s better if you mount it in a fixed location and charge your batteries that way. It runs essentially silently, with maybe a whisper from the fan if you really listen.I tested it with several LiFePO batteries, and it did the job well. Note that it does take about 10 seconds to activate after you connect the battery to it.It’s a good charger that does what it’s supposed to do!
