Works well. Easy to install. Much more comfortable than the seat that came standard with the toilet. Much easier to clean as well. Don’t know why Dometic does not supply this as the standard seat except then they couldn’t get you to buy an upgrade.

Very good seat. The only reason I didn’t give it a five is because the seat bumpers at hard plastic. In my experience as a maintenance man I found out these hard bumpers crack and slide. I always stop this by cutting a red rubber gasket to fit under the two seat bolts. This is available at most hardware stores like ACE. I then glue rubber bumpers to the bottom of the seat. Apply contact cement to both seat and bumper and use blue painters tape to the seat bottom to avoid a mess in the seat bottom before you apply the cement. Don’t trust stick-on bumpers. I did all this and no shift or slide when you rack to wipe. It works well for years of service. The manufacturers don’t want you to know this!

The back of the mounting was broken used white Silicone looks a little funny but it’s doable the seat looks very sturdy have a cup to use it yet but it should work out fine

Yes, the RV toilet seat is durable, solid, and probably one of the best in the market. The downsize… it’s very expensive. Sadly, when replacing a particular seat of a specific RV toilet, there are no other price choices out there.
